This was really Annie and Summer's party, that just so happened to take place in Rey's stupidly giant apartment. Still, even while she'd been told a lot of people might be coming, Rey was a little concerned no one actually would, and then she'd have to figure out what to do with just... a ridiculous amount of alcohol and so many inflatable reindeer. And packages for this thing had been showing up daily for a week, including as late as this afternoon, and after all of this, people had better show up.

There were so many Christmas lights around the place that the apartment lights weren't even on, Summer's Jello shots were very much on display, and while there was mistletoe hanging from the ceiling, it wouldn't force you to kiss anyone. (No, no, that's the alcohol's job.) It was jolly as hell up in here, and honestly loud enough that even if you decided to skip the party you'd probably have some idea of how it went.

Also Tino showed up like ten minutes early and was just kind of hanging around.

And Shunsui was right there with his jug, carefully pouring some into the glass for her.

"The whole point of the mistletoe, Miss Jones-chan," he said, still finding more room for more smirk, "is to skip the flirting ♥."

The smirk got a little bigger on her face.

"Doing anything after the party?"

"Mmmm." The hum was low and deep and thoughtful, the tilt of his head going along with it. "More than likely, yes," he decided. "Although I haven't quite decided. I don't suppose you have any good suggestions, Miss Jones-chan ♥?"

"Got a new apartment recently," Jessica said with a shrug. "If you're not busy."

"A new apartment ♥!" Shunsui sounded positively delighted at such a concept. "How exciting! I would absolutely love to see the place ♥!"

Certain a bit of a step up from a grocery store backroom.

"Not much to see. Other than me," Jessica said draining the glass of sake and holding it for a refill. "No art. Generic furniture. Nothing special."

"You'll have to forgive me," said Shunsui, wondering if he should have brought a second jug as he poured Jessica some more, "if if I'd rather not just take your word for it, Miss Jones-chan ♥."

She finally turned to look over at him. "Tell you what. After I leave and if you can manage to find where I live? I'll give you a guided tour."

Jessica wouldn't make it that hard to find it.

Shunsui was going to take advantage of the fact that she'd finally look over at him, to meet her eyes with his own.

"Good thing," he said, "it's a small island ♥."

"Then you shouldn't have a problem," Jessica said looking away again and forcing herself not to smile.
