Today had started out like any other. Rey had packed up her gear onto her speeder and gone straight out to start picking through the remains of crashed ships and the like for anything worth trading. She'd decided on a smaller ship, something she thought others might have just passed over, thinking more valuable parts might be elsewhere.

A while into today's search, Rey was beginning to think that someone else had either gotten here before her, or there was nothing worth finding, and she was wasting her time. She couldn't come back with nothing, so she pulled parts that she could maybe get something for. Either way, unless she could get somewhere else today, she would probably have to resign herself to being hungry.

And then she saw the light below. She walked further into the ship, hoping that it was something still operational that she could use, but it seemed to get bigger the closer she got. Part of her thought she should turn back, but she had to at least see what it was, and when she got to the source she saw that the light wasn't attached to anything. It was just hanging there, in the middle of the ship. So Rey cautiously reached out to touch it-

And just like that, she was gone.
