MCA's holosuite room- Monday evening

Rey was so happy to be herself today! Honestly she still would have gone to movie night as a pony but she was relieved she didn't have to!

She was in a great mood when she got down there, and the room actually seemed to be cooperating today, giving them an actual fluffy sofa and a movie she'd heard was actually good. Even she knew this meant next time was probably going to be a horror show of seating and entertainment but that was a problem for later.

Silver was happy that Rey was normal again as well. For one thing, it would be weird to date a pony for much longer. For two, it had been like two days since kissing happened and that was just sad.

"I am so glad you're a person again."

"Me too," Rey said, grinning. "I can stand upright, and hold things..."

She could see how close she could get to him without making it weird in public...

Would putting his arm around her shoulder after he sat down on the couch make things weird in public? Too bad he was doing it anyway.

"I bet you'll never take your thumbs for granted again."

She was fine with that, and she'd missed that, and she was even taking that as a sign to move closer.

"I opened and closed some doors a few times just because I could," she admitted.

"You probably weren't the only person to do that today," Silver said. "You will have to tell me how accurate this movie is, since apparently it's in space."

"So far very little of this is familiar to me," Rey told him. "I'm still slightly new to space travel but I haven't heard of anything like they're doing."

"So you all don't sleep in your underwear in little pod things?" Silver joked.

"In beds, in cabins, and I don't judge what anyone decides to sleep in," Rey said lightly. "Unless the Falcon is crowded and then I'll usually sleep in the cockpit."

"Better than what I had on the Walrus," he said. "I had to sleep in a hammock."

"Did anyone else get stuck on their apartment due to not having hands?" Because guess what happened to him.

"I figured out doors," Rey said. "You could have call- oh."

No, he couldn't have, probably.

"At least there was food," he had to admit. "I was very colorful."

That should shock literally no one.

"Did you have a tattoo?"

This was important.

"It was a lute on my hindquarter, yes. Wait, did you?"

"I didn't. I only saw them on others," she said. "I'm sure I would have just gotten a lightsaber anyway."

"Oh, well. I suppose if it's meant to be thematic, that would make sense," Jaskier said after a moment of consideration.

"Did you think it wasn't?" Rey asked.

"I thought it was a bit too on the nose, you know?" Where was the mystery?

"I did not have that problem." He was one of the few and he was very happy about it.

"Was this an exchange for the Halloween thing then?" It made sense to him.

“Probably,” Silver said with a smile. “I’m lucky to have been the cowboy.”

"You still had hands then," Jaskier agreed. "Lucky you."

“I am very grateful for my thumbs after seeing everyone else struggle,” Silver said. “Could you at least watch television as a horse?”

"One channel," he confirmed with a solemn nod. "I've learned so very much about the lives of the housewives of Atlanta."

“That’s something at least,” Silver said. “It could have been on that channel where strange women are trying to get you to buy junk all day.”

He was obviously not a fan of the Home Shopping Network.
