This was really Annie and Summer's party, that just so happened to take place in Rey's stupidly giant apartment. Still, even while she'd been told a lot of people might be coming, Rey was a little concerned no one actually would, and then she'd have to figure out what to do with just... a ridiculous amount of alcohol and so many inflatable reindeer. And packages for this thing had been showing up daily for a week, including as late as this afternoon, and after all of this, people had better show up.

There were so many Christmas lights around the place that the apartment lights weren't even on, Summer's Jello shots were very much on display, and while there was mistletoe hanging from the ceiling, it wouldn't force you to kiss anyone. (No, no, that's the alcohol's job.) It was jolly as hell up in here, and honestly loud enough that even if you decided to skip the party you'd probably have some idea of how it went.

Also Tino showed up like ten minutes early and was just kind of hanging around.

"It was better than I thought it would be. She also suggested a shot of rum to chase it with so she's either a talented bartender or I'm very transparent," he said, laughing. "Did you have one?"

"You did wear a pirate Christmas sweater," Rey teased. "I tried a couple. I don't think there's a lot in them so I might try the others later."

A couple?

"Definitely give it a little bit of time before you try others," he said, leaning in to give her a quick kiss.

He was going to have to nurse her through her hangover all day tomorrow, wasn't he?

Sure was!

"I'm fine," she assured him. "I'm good right now, and I'll be good for training tomorrow."

And she had Annie's super alcoholic punch so that was a cute statement.

"You might be skipping training tomorrow," he said. "If only because I have been tasked with keeping you distracted tomorrow until your apartment is clean and I intend to keep my word."

"And how were you planning to do that?" she asked, totally innocently except not.

"I have vague plans," he joked. "All of them involve a distinct lack of ugly sweaters."

"Good," Rey said with a nod. "I do have to say, as good as you look in a sweater, I am looking forward to getting you out of it."

He didn't know if that was the jello shots talking but he definitely appreciated it.

"The feeling is very mutual," he said, giving her another kiss. "Where did you even get a sweater with BB-8 on it?"

The jello shots were just why she said it here.

She was also going to sneak another kiss before answering. "I told Chewie about the party and he sent it. It's on loan, so I'm pretty sure he stole it from Poe."

Which was fine by her, he'd probably done something to get on her nerves recently.

"I won't even ask why he would have a sweater with BB-8 on it." He dare not question a love between a man and his droid.

"Why wouldn't he?"

That was a tipsy question, because it made total sense to her right now.

"Well it had to be custom made, right?" he said. "That's some devotion."

"Aww. Now I almost feel bad borrowing it," Rey said.

But she hadn't done it on purpose, sooooo.

"I'm sure you will take good care of it." Any jello stains could come out! "And I'll be very careful taking it off."

"Oh, is that your job today?" she asked, smiling.

"I don't consider it a job," he said. "More like a privilege."

"You're really good at this," Rey smiled, kissing him again, because.

"Good at what?" he asked.

"I don't know," she said, and thought about it. "Flirting? Making me feel..." Wanted, but more than that? "I don't know."

"It comes easily, being around you," Silver said, nuzzling against her neck.

Yeah you know he wasn't completely sober either when he was being this affectionate in public.

"You're doing it again," she teased, floating her drink onto the table, for reasons.

"Can't help it," he said with a smile. That floating thing would never stop being impressive to him. "I could stop if you'd like."

"Never," she said immediately. "I like it."

"Good," he said. "I would have a hard time stopping."
